Tuition & Scholarships
Any plan other than paying the tuition IN FULL must be paid with an agreement through the FACTS Tuition Management Program.
Please note that this tuition rate is all-inclusive: tuition, books, and technology fees are all covered. As with the past few years, staffing will be equal to enrollment. Academics, sports, and arts programs have been increased, not eliminated. The pastoral staff, as well as the faculty and administration of St. Andrew Catholic School, recognize that our students are not responsible for the state of the economy and their education remains our priority.
Without fiscal stability, St. Andrew Catholic School cannot continue to provide students with a high-quality Catholic education. Fiscal stability is only possible with the cooperation of all families involved. The School Finances Committee of the School Board, in an effort to ensure that needed operational funds derived from tuition be both timely and sufficient, utilizes a policy concerning late or overdue payments. Anytime a problem arises with tuition not paid through FACTS, this committee is notified and action is taken accordingly.
Parents sign an agreement each year to follow these guidelines. This policy is intended to serve the needs of the entire community.
Financial Assistance
Excellence You Can Afford
The Step Up for Students Tuition Assistance Program is available for those who meet the family financial qualification guidelines. To apply, click on Step Up For Students Scholarship Application, or make an appointment to do the application here at school with Mr. Jean-Jacques.
For Parish Assistance: A FACTS Grant & Aid Application must be submitted before any tuition assistance other than Step Up for Students or McKay will be granted.

Available Scholarships:
Florida VPK
The Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program – or VPK – is a free prekindergarten program for 4 and 5-year-olds who reside in Florida. Participating children must be 4 year of age on or before September 1. Parents can enroll their child in the state’s free, voluntary prekindergarten (VPK) education program that year or wait until the following year when their child is 5.
School Readiness (4C)
School Readiness is a statewide program that offers financial assistance to low-income families for early care and education so parents can become financially self-sufficient while their young ones succeed at school.
Today, the Florida Office of Early Learning controls the reimbursement of funds, and in partnership with both the Orange County Early Learning Coalition and Osceola County Early Learning Coalition, 4C provides this assistance to Central Florida families.
Step Up for Students
Step Up For Students is a state-approved nonprofit scholarship funding organization that helps administer two scholarships for Florida schoolchildren: the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program (FTC) for low-income families and the Gardiner Scholarship (PLSA) for children with certain special needs.
